Job Description :Networking Executive
-Candidate should be able to solve the technical issues related to computer hardware, software and networking.
-Installation of computer hardware, repair maintenance of printers, UPS etc.
-Installation and configuration of OS like Windows 7, windows 10, windows Server, Linux etc.
-Should be good knowledge of MS-Outlook.
-Antivirus installation and maintenance.
Coordination with department and providing awareness related to Virus and other malicious activity.
-Data backup of all users on regular basis.
-Should have experience of Firewall, networking switch, routers and wireless Access Points.
-Knowledge of Printer installation, printer sharing, file sharing etc.
CCTV installation and maintenance.
-Knowledge of EPABX system.
-Knowledge of excel required
Networking Executive
Responsibilities:
1.Project Implementation of SAP Business One Support to SAP Business One users.
2.Interaction with users for new functionalities of Business One Implementation of Change requests Version upgrades & continuous improvement in SAP Business One.
3.Conducting user training at various location Design Solution document for developing SAP B1 Add-ons and Crystal Reports.
4.Having good adaptability for understanding the ERP-product, so that he/she can do mapping of prospects requirements with the product.
5.Project related documentation like preparation of SRS, Solution Design Document, Technical Document, Test Cases and sign-offs.
6.Customer Satisfaction Management.
Desired Candidate Profile:
•SAP B1 Certified preffered.
•Configuration of SAP Business One MS SQL database, SQL queries, crystal reporting tool Perform business requirements analysis and design.
•Strong experience in implementation of ERP & identifying customizations.
•Domain knowledge of business process / operations for industry.
•Expert knowledge of ERP functional
•Minimum Projects implementation should be 3-4
•Functional documentation preparation
•After go live client support
•Good Communication skill (English, Hindi)
•Should be able to execute the projects independent
•Should be thorough with SAP B1 implementation methodology
