Leadership doesn’t only involve leaders, followers and some targets to be accomplished, but it also talks a lot about HOW TO GET THE WORK DONE..! It would not be an overweighed statement if I say that “A GOOD LEADER IS THE ONE WHO CAN TRANSLATE VISION INTO REALITY”
EMPOWERING LEADERSHIP is basically concerned with providing an authority and flexibility to the front-line employees to make on-the-spot decisions. To empower means to give power and authority to someone else; to enable others. There are various ways which companies can follow to empower their team employees:
